3rd Annual Ware Tree and Wreath Stroll December 9th and 10th to benefit Museum
The Ware Center Meeting House and Museum is pleased to host the 3rd annual Ware Tree and Wreath Stroll at Ware Town Hall on Saturday and Sunday December 9th and 10th from 10am to 3pm each day.
The public is invited to view the decorated trees which will be raffled to raise money for the restoration of the Meeting House and ongoing museum programs. The event is free and open to the public.
In addition to the beautifully decorated trees, there will be live performances, crafts for the kids, raffles, Santa Claus and a homemade holiday bread sale. Make sure to drop off an unwrapped toy for Ware Christmas for Kids and be entered in a special drawing!
On Saturday the 9th, Ware High School flute players will play Holiday music at 10 am. At noon, local favorite, Jane Sterndale of Ware will perform sounds of the season. On Sunday the 10th at Noon Santa will be at the town hall to meet with children.
“The business community has been very generous supporting this holiday event, says Janice Hills, treasurer of the Meeting House and Museum. “We are sure this event will bring joy to downtown shoppers during the holiday season as well as put smiles on the faces of children who come to see the trees.
